Which rank is this board of review for?

The Eagle Scout rank has particulars that apply to it and to no other rank. The Scout rank has no board of review at all.

Has the board been held, and how did it go?

The follow-up letter and the appeal route only appear once a board has actually turned a Scout down.

Where is the Scout relative to their 18th birthday?

Only affects the Eagle Scout rank. Every requirement other than the board itself must still have been finished before the 18th birthday, or before an approved time extension expired.

Will the board be held by videoconference?

Boards of review are meant to be face to face. Answer yes only in the rare situations Guide to Advancement 8.0.1.6 describes.
