Required
Ranks that require a board of review still require it. If one was held before the member died there is nothing more to arrange; if it was not, it is held now rather than treated as a bar.
Notes and warnings
Note. A missing board of review is not a bar and never was. It is the one part of the requirements that can still be completed, because it is the unit and council doing it rather than the Scout.
