The Scout must be engaged, and must actually and personally complete all requirements exactly as written, just as they would for an in-person class. Attendance is not participation and a screen makes the difference harder to see.

Warning. Registering and being logged in is not sufficient. A screen makes it genuinely hard to tell an engaged Scout from an open browser tab, and that difficulty is the counselor's problem to solve, not the Scout's to be given the benefit of.
